DEADLINE is 4:00 P.M., MAR 16, 2012. ANY APPLICATIONS ARRIVING AFTER THIS DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR OUR FALL 2012 CAMPAIGN.

Information requested by this application is based on the Office of Personnel Management Regulations. Copies of these regulations are available through the CFC Office at the above address or on OPM’s website at www.opm.gov/cfc.
The Local Federal Coordinating Eligibility Committee will review your application for accuracy and compliance with the eligibility requirements. Failure to supply any of this information or any additional information may be judged a failure to comply with the requirements for eligibility, and the voluntary organization may be ruled ineligible for inclusion on the local list.
